this is Anil kumar, i bought one tata photon on 21st november, and as i had no local no at that time as i recently joined in GPGC bilaspur HP that' why i was aked by dealer to give any other no of any other professor. so i gave one of my profesor MR Anupam Bhalla who has also varified that mR Anil Kumar has taken the photon.
and after that i have called 14 times to customer care but before they listen me completely they hang up, i feel highly embarrassed, it's to much regretting having bought tata photon.had i taken any other service it would havw been handy for me.
these are the name of customer care executive with whom i have called and the have behaved against the code of call center.
