I got airtel data card from Pune, maharasthra last month and i was transferred to bangalore this month. I called customer care 198 to know about my data usage and data card plans, they simply refused to give me any information and insisted to call Maharastra customer care.they gave me a number that does not work. And what traiffs plans they show on there website and what I got from there customer executive was completely different. I feel sick of airtel.
I am pasting the details they sent me throught mail and attaching link on which they show there tariffs..
