Dear sir i have purchased a new launch airtel 3G usb modem on 24th April but from till that date its not working and i have call so many times in airtel customer care (18001030405) centre but thier is no solution of my problem they dont take any action for my problem they always its not possible that the airtel 3G is not working and said all the time we will arrange a call back for you from our seniors with in one hour and their nocall have recieved from them,
