Landline Account shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

Dear Sir/Madam,

I raised the request bearing no. 133332 on 23/04 to shift my landline bearing no.080 40932565 to transfer from Bangalore to Hyderabad and till date there is no update. I called to the customer care many times and nobody is ready to take anykind of responsbility and the reason customer care representative are giving is "Technical Problem."

I got a call from Airtel representative on 26/04 saying that they have verified the area and their service is very much available and connection will be given by end of the day and next day I got another call from Airtel office to keep my documents Rental agreement and Identity proof to keep ready for submission but till date nothing happened. When I raised my voice against customer care representative then next day another Airtel respresentative has visited my place and told me that line cannot be shifted and I have to apply for new connection. As per his advice I filled new form and paid 500 rupess towards the new connection and even till date that is also not done.

Now, you can understand my situation and this make me to sue against the company.
