I HAVE APPLIED FOR AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY BUT STILL I DIDN'T GET THE CONNECTION. THIS PEOPLE THEY HAVE TAKEN RS1500 AS INSTALLTION CHARGES. AFTER TAKING MONEY SOME 15-16 DAYS LATER THEY TOLD US ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO PROVIDE INTERNET CONNECTION IN OUR AREA.
WHEN WE HAVE TOLD THEM TO REFUND OUR MONEY THEY TOLD US IT WILL TAKE SOME 15 DAYS OF TIME TO REFUND OUR MONEY.BUT STILL I AM WAITING FOR THAT RS1500.WE HAVE LODGED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS BUT NEITHER OF OUR COMPLAINTS WERE PROCESSED. WHEN WE CALL THEM REGARDING THE MONEY THIS PEOPLE WILL NOT TALK PROPERLY.
I AM VERY MUCH FEDUP WITH ALL THIS PEOPLE.PLEASE HELP IN GETTING ME MY RS 1500 BACK FROM THIS PEOPLE.
