New Airtel broadband connection

I Chandrasekhar have applied for airtel broadband connection on 30 July and a guy named Mallikarjun (he called himself as Kukatpally service engineer) collected the documents and collected 800 INR saying that the connection will be installed in three working days (I guess this is the general duration that u promise to fool customers).

I am writing to you with deep disappointment and frustration that, today it is 10 August and till now I did not receive even a single call or update regarding this connection. When I tried to call Mallikarjun (guy who collected documents), he is not answering the call at all. To his stupidity, he is answering and disconnecting the call immediately when I call from different numbers. He is using filmy tricks as if he is not hearing by saying ‘Hello’, ‘Hello’..

I have raised complaint last week 5 August and call center executive promised that it would be resolved by that day End of the day. To my surprise, I did not receive any call on that day and till today. I have raised another complaint# 2071996 today (10 August) and again the call center executive promised that I will receive call and installation will be done, but I doubt if this will happen.
