Hi,
Three weeks before I placed an order for installing Airtel broadband connection at my home. I requested for 999 Monthly plan with WiFi modem. For the initial two weeks I didn't get the installation as I was told that there are some technical issues in lines; once corrected the installation will be done.
After two weeks, technical team came to my place and installed 1999 monthly plan. To add on, welcome call had incorrect residential address. This happened last week. I have contacted and complained the concerned guys infinite times. Each time I get to hear that it will be done today but unfortunately its not done as yet.
My disappointment is that I don't expect such negligence from Airtel. I don't know where the information went all wrong (of course not from my side), but due to this my work has suffered a lot.
I request you to please look into the matter. Looking forward to a resolution to this problem at the earliest.
