Connect has been disconnect even after paying bill

Hi,

I am airtel broadband connection user.

my user id: tblr0154096_kk

account no. : 16019423

I have summited the bill on time, but still they have disconnected it from last 3 days.we are suffering a lot try to contact them through costumer care but no reply.

we are loosing 10K par day as we do home base work.
