Hi,
This is complaint regarding Airtel. On june 16th I did payment of INR 800.00 to Airtel for broadband connection at my place. After continuosly following up for 9-10 days, i was finally told that connection can't be provided and my money will be refunded within 7 working days and Airtel customer support will call for same.
As of now (8-July), its 14 working days passed and no one from Airtel has contacted me. My complaints are:
- After follwing up for 9-10 days, I was told that conenction is denied. If I would have not followed up, nobody would have care to inform me. This is pathetic customer support provided by Airtel.
- After disappointment of not getting connection, nobody from Airtel called me up to refund my money.
Please assist me in getting my money refunded from Cheaters (Airtel) who think they have monopoly over bangalore.
