NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK OF INR 4, 5000/- FROM AIRTEL FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS

Hi,

I had the broad band connection from Airtel having the landline no: 08042093954.In April i had pay 6 months charges in advance to Airtel as they have the offer to get 1 months connection free. On May 27th i had given request for shifting my connection to other location withing Bangalore on 1st June. On 2nd i got a call that Airtel guy will come and do the installation. Then again on 7th June, i got again a call that Airtel does not have that facility in the new location. So i have requested them to cancel the connection. Again on 10th June, got one more call that Airtel can provide the connection and they will come and do the installation on 13th June. But on 17th They again called me and told that they can not provide the connection. So after that i had told Airtel to cancel the connection. They told they will come and collect the phones and within 45 days they will return my advance money. Today is 1st August and almost 60 days over but its pathetic that till now i have not received any money from Airtel. It forced me to believe that AIRTEL is a cheater company and its disgusting that people still go for this cheat company who eats customer money.

Complaint nos: 47493606 & 493178 & many more. Till now not a single request is closed. Hurrible and pathetic as an organization.

Pls help in getting my INR 4, 500/- back to my account.
