Failure to process Registration for over a month

I had applied for an iPTV connection on the 13th of July and I was informed that it would be processed

within 48 hours. Nothing happened over that time.

After placing a complaint I was informed on the 15th that it will be processed within 12hrs. Nothing was done again. After a few days I get a message saying that a new application is being processed, this is on the 19th of July. Even after this second application was not processed I was informed that the complaint was incorrectly registered by them and a new complaint was generated. Even after repeated complaints there has been no progress in the status of the connection. I had contacted the nodal office who are supposed to have a turnaround time of 7 days, they replied after 14 days saying they will look in to the issue. So far nothing. There are no developments or resolutions in sight. The service provided is appalling. So in case you plan to go in for a broadband connection rethink it. As long as you do not have any issues everything is fine. but in case your internet or any connection stops working be ready to run around in circles to get it sorted out.
