Hi,

I had applied for Airtel broadband connection on 10thOct'11 and had paid an advance of Rs.1300/- I was told that I would be getting the connection in 3 working days. It's been a month and even after repeated communications no action is being taken and even my amount is not being refunded.

I have the Customer Enrolment form as reference (CFF No. 291666).
