I am an Airtel broadband user and I have service issues for almost 6 months. Every 30 seconds, my internet connection gets disconnected. Since there is no resolution after repeated complaints, I decided to move to BSNL. I have raised the cancellation request on Dec 12th and got the service reference number 8679068.
From this date onwards, I am getting around 1-2 calls every day asking me for the standard set of questions, even after repeatedly pleading to not disturb me.
a) You have raised the cancellation request.
b) What is the issue?
c) We can resolve it today, if it is fine.
I just want to make sure, these calls are stopped and the company should be made accountable and should be punished appropriately for all the unnecessary disturbance created to me.
