First of all i had taken the airtel connection only because of the fact that i was able to migrate to older better plans, i called up the customer care and confirmed it also. But after a month when i requested for changing the plan they said it was not possible and hence I wanted to cancel my airtel internet connection on october.
After requesting for cancellaation, a lady by the name Shaista from the customer retrieval department of Airtel told me that there was new plan of Rs500/- (Unlimited download with same speed through out the month for Rs500), i agreed to migrate to that plan
But now wheb the the bill for this month arrived, the tariff has bot been changed it continues to be Rs.899/-
The airtel customer service is the worst of which ever i have used. It has been only 3 months since i started using the broadband connection and i have called up the customer care department nearly 50 times as of now for various problems.
Still the tariff has not been changed to the amount that i was promised. I thought customer satisfaction was their priority...!!!
