They have no service guarantee in Bangalore... Never go for airtel anymore... I got a new connection 2 days ago. After the technicians left the connection went down after 1 hr. Been calling them for 2 days straight. It seems they have no SLAs any more. All they say is it will be fixed "soon". Menawhile no one has even called me.
Their latest strategy is to put people on hold after listening to the problem. I was put on hold for 25 min.
Then my connection got cut. Nothing more to say abt them.
Go for any other broadband. I cancelled my connection. The old Airtel we knew is gone.
