Hi,
I as a new air-tel mobile broadband user has been billed on my post paid connection in the amount of 52124 INR how ever my credit limit of the account is 1000 INR and now when the connection is deactivated i get collection calls to make this payment . which is very difficult for me PAY .
i feel i was cheated initially and was not advised about the hidden bill charges applied ..
this is the second time i have been threatened to make this payment initially in the month of Feb i had made a payment in the amount of 4000 INR that was just because i used the device for a month i was adv that the bill wont be above 1000 INR . i was cheated very badly ..
"I WOULD LIKE THIS ISSUE TO BE ESCALTED TO THE INDIAN CONSUMER COURT ". SO THAT I SAVE OTHER PEOPLE FROM THE HIDDEN BILLING CHARGES .
