I am extremely dissappointed with airtel's customer service. None of my complaints (more than 10) about following problems through regular channels have been resolved.

Problem #1:
Despite paying heavily for the broadband, connection, it keeps getting disconnected very often.
Problem #2:
Centrex not activated for me until now even after two billing cycles since I got the connection
Problem #3:
My name and address have been spelled incorrectly.
It just seems that there is absolutely no use to expect better service from airtel even though this is a private player. It seems they do not care if few customers are lost due to poor service. They also do not care about the pain they cause their customers.
