This is to inform you that I was an ex-customer of the Airtel Broadband customer from May and disconnected it by Nov. However, before discontinuing, the last 4 bills, I was charged lumpsome amount of money without being informed anything about it, no bills and when asked for an explanation- I was given invalid reasons as those were the skype calls that I had made.
I had taken an Unlimited connection and it was told to me that i won't be charged anything extra. My plan was for 999/- but for last 4 bills, the amount ranged from 3000/- Rs. After going through a tough of discontinuing my service with Airtel, I was promised that i would be refunded for those extra charges. i was called number of times to get some offers but the refund wasn't provided to me at all. Now, instead of providing me the refund, they're now asking for the last bill. This is completely unacceptable.
I request you to kindly look into this matter ASAP.
