Frequent disconnection of Internet/IPTV line - non responsive customer service

Tired of horrible customer service from airtel. ive complained about 9 times now in the last one week about the same problem - frequent disconnection of internet/iptv line. somehow my complaints automatically get resolved without anyone calling me or visiting my place. and i have to complain again. my friends with mtnl connections tell me that they fair better when its comes to customer service
