Airtel told that you will get a free watch of reebok . but going to be three month taking the connection they still not had given the watch

My name is sameer alam. in month of august i took broadband connection. that time airtel told us that if you take our connection we will give you reebok watch of RS. 2999. free. as you take the connection.you have to pay only courier charges we told ok. but its going to be 3 month they not given us any watch. or even not called us about this. we are waiting thinking that they will give today or next day. but its too much of waiting..
