Airtel Bradband not working

Hi,

This is Mohan, Am using Airtel land line 044 45491284 more than 2 years, But am getting very worst service for last few months, each month more than 7 to 10 days its not working, When we create complaints with customer care, they are closing with out confirmation/resolve the issue. Even am noticing Airtel is charging too much amount compare with other vendor.

Please anyone suggest, what is the other network other than that Airtel for broadband?
