Delay in providing new connection

I am staying at Gottigere, Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore. I applied for new airtel broadband connection. The sales person named Bala came and collected the documents as well as Rs. 1000/- on 25th April. According to him the I was to get the connection in 2 days. Today it is 9th May and still I have not received the connection.

I made a complaint at the Airtel Customer care and the complaint number is 45806278 on 30th April. On 3rd May I got a call from Airtel Telemedia and they asked for 5 days time and promised me to give connection on 8th May. After this nobody updated me on anything.

Today, 9th May when I again called the customer care, they are telling me to wait for tomorrow.i.e. 10th May. It has been 15 days and I have not received the connection.

I tried calling the Nodal officer Meenaxi Bora on 080-41115338, but I just listen to the music and after 5 minutes it gets disconnected. I tried 5 times but same thing happens.

Moreover the sales person who came and collected the money on that day did not have change. So he has already taked Rs. 200/- more and promised me to give it back. Till date he has not appeared. His number is 9686698864.

Can anyone advice what can be done on this?

Anyone staying on Bannerghatta road, If you see this number 9686698864, it is of sales person named Bala. He is a fraud and please do not call him. Otherwise you will also loose your money.
