Dear sir/Ma'am,

I was having an airtel broadband connection with no 02041212125 in the name of dhaval kishor gore, address: b-18, 5th floor, kumar prangan, karvenager, pune : 411 052. I had a yearly plan for broadband connection. I had made a yearly payment to bharti airtel limited vide dated 15/2. I DID not want to continue with the services and as such I had put the cancellation request on 28/1. I registered another request on 8/2. First request was not considered and 2nd request was confirmed in a month's time. Customer care personnel confirmed the cancellation on phone and deactivation procedure was completed and the connection with above number has been cancelled. In spite of this, I am getting bills for the airtel broadband and calls from airtel regarding the payment of bills. Today I received a call from the lawyer that legal procedure against the collection has been started. I am unnecessarily getting harassed and suffering from the peace of mind.
