Payment problem

Dear Sir,

My land line number of the broadband connection is 040 40068168.

I had paid the settlement amount of Rs. 5404 to Bharti Airtel and the same sent to [email protected].

I was promised by paying the same amount my balance will be nil and I will get my connection activated with in an hour.

Now, I am getting calls from Airtel customer care that I have to pay Rs. 2000 extra.

It has been two weeks and no response from Airtel office, Hyderabad.

Actually, payment problem started when I paid an amount of Rs. 1500 for my router through cheque which was deducted from my bank account and the same amount was added to my bill again.

No proper response from Airtel customer care till now

I trust the brand and I have mobile connection, DTH, landline and broadband with Airtel.

Please reactivate my account and respond me ASAP.
