I want to file a case against Airtel Broadband. I requested for my connection shift on saturday and it was told that the connection will be shifted in three days - today is the fifth day and still the connection is not shifted and i have been given a story that some other builiding owner is not allowing the wire to go through his building. And moreover, to answer the query - no body is attending the call. If any Airtel higher management sees this request - i would request to take an appropriate action against your colleageue - Manjunath, Wajid and Arun who is just spoiling your brand.
