Connecton not provided as promised by airtel sales rep

I took the airtel connection on 7th - April - 2011 and he sales rep Arjun promised i will get the connection by 9th before 12 PM . After trying to call him many times he finally picked up my call at gave me the number for the installation team leader by the name Senthil and his mobile number is 9880909513 and he promised me that the connection will be given by evening. but after i tried calling him several times he sent me a message in the evening to contact Murali (9845027158). Murali said they have not got the job card and told me to call on sunday morning. I tried several times again to reach senthil and atlast in the afternoon he sent me a SMS to call the sales person (Arjun) by stating my application has not been received. I tried caling up Arjun and he conferenced me ot some technical team and they said my Application is already processed then Arjun said he will try his best to get my connection by 5PM today which is 12th April. I tried reaching many times today even he stopped picking up the call an he sent a message sometime back stating the technical team is playing around and asked to me to complain to nodal officer [email protected].
