Did not get my money back even after 60 days

After I raised a request for airtel broadband in my home, an associate named Mani (Contact Number: 9535708457) came to my place and I filled up the Customer Enrolment Form and paid Him Rs. 999 for my connection. He assured that the connection will be done within 72 hours. After 3 days I call him back and he says, there is some problem in my area and it will take another 3/4 days. I call them back again after 3/4 days and this guy told me that problem is still there and another 10 days will be required. I got pissed of at this moment and he gave me another person's name and number (Ravi: 9845493718) who was sitting in a higher position. When I called that guy he said me the same thing. I was very angry and told him that I will sue airtel for this. I was stunned when He told me I can do whatever I want.

After that I decided to cancell my request and called them. They cancelled my order and told me that refund will be made after 25 days. Its now more then 60 days and I still dint get my refund.

Please take immediate action against these FRAUDS.
