With the promise of installing the internet within 4 days (according to the executive, port was already present in my apartment), I applied for an air tel broadband connection on May.
As there was no action on this for a period of time, I requested for cancellation on 20th May through airtel customer care (the request number is 46482258).
Whenever I tried to check the status of reimbursement, I was getting irresponsible responses like i didn't pick my cellphone whenever they called etc, again they will take another complaint. And there was a series of complaints opened (the same response for all of them), the last one being 3223380.
Can you please help me on this issue?
