Shifting of Landline & Broadband connection

We have raised a request to move our Landline and broadband connection to our new home on last tuesday (30-08-1986). The dealline of the request was 48 hours. But even after 1 week its not yet done. I have called customer care on 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th of september and raised compaints regarding the same. But still nobody from airtel backend office have contacted us even regarding the location of new home.

We have to pay this months full rent also, even if we are not using the broadband service of last one week.
