I applied for AIRTEL Broadband connection back in May. I have given a cheque for 899/-, and it got deposited immediately. My application was cancelled as there was no network feasibility at my location. I have been requesting to send my refund amount back. I have been raising the complaints to customer services. Even after several complaints, the response from the customer care is the same, my issue is on high priority they are still working on the same. Every time I raise a complaint they will tell the resolution date. If I call them back they will raise a new complaint and will give me a new resolution date.

I am not really sure, will it take 4 months to send a refund cheque to the address available in my application. I am totally tired of doing this any more. Hope atleast I will get resolution by this.
