Broadband not working for two weeks

My broadband stopped working all of a sudden. On contacting Airtel customer service, they suggested that my service modem be replaced. After a week, a person came to replace the service modem. He charged me 400 which includes 150 for his visit. But, he did not configure the modem. He told that another person will come to configure the modem. But no one came for the next two days. After two days, I raised a service request with Airtel to configure the modem. Airtel closed the service request as processed - No one came to fix the problem. On contacting customer service, they gave me tips to reconnect the wires, the OS used, and all kinds of irrelevant tips. The whole experience with Airtel broadband is harassing. I wish I could sue them for the inconvenience caused. After two weeks of complaints, the broadband is still not fixed.
