Change of plan

I had registered a request for change of my plan from Rs.1399 to Rs.799 plan five days ago and they had said that the plan will be changed within 3 days and gave me a complaint no.10469681 but they had not changed the plan yet and 7 days has passed.. i called them again and they registered another complaint 33458750 but i dont think they ll change the plan.. Please help me dealing with the customer care .. My airtel phone no. is 08041312475
