Hi I have purchasedAIRTEL BRAODBAND and details as below:

I have been using AIRTEL broadband for past 3 months now and the speed has been pathetic for the amount they charge is exhorbitant. I purchased Airtel thinking that the speed will be good and service will be better. But no such thing. Speed is worst than DIAL up connection and service, no comments. The problem is AIRTEL is refusing to cancel my connection and refund my money. I also told that I want to move to a plan which has better speed, with the same rental, but still they refuse to do so. My question is does AIRTEL has right to cheat people with wrong ADs and poach their hard earned money. I have complaints several times to Customer care, a technical person visits and they check with the software and say everything is OK from our END.Well then i ask ahy i am not getting the speed, The ans i get is shocking, we only advertise higher speed but u wont get such speed, they check downloading from MICROSOFT or APPLE.COM site, speed is relatively better. So I am told i cant download from other sites??? then y shud i pay rental?
I want JUSTICE thats y i am posting on this forum. I have very quick and prompt slution previously. So I would like to post my comlaint and forward my concern to AIRTEL.
