Airtel broadband agent misleading

Hello Team,

I have noticed this advertisement on the raod and called hari prasad [ [email protected] ]enquired for an airtel broad band connection. He came over and made me fill the application orm and requested me to send an scanned company id to his official mai ID which i did and you can see it below. I have paid around 250 to hari prasad regarding my airtel broadband connection which he promised to give me a connection on 6th of august. He did not give me a receipt and also after many calls and requests he never gave me a connection and stop responding. Its been more than 7 - 8 days but he is absconding.

I have also contacted the airtel broadband customer helpline and lodged a complaint with them reference number#36309304 but the complaint was lodged but no action was taken for the past three days. After many many calls and requests no action or an update has been taken on this issue.

I am very disappointed to choose airtel broadband and would like to get this issue resolved or get it escalated to the higest level
