Dear Sir/Mam,

I ordered for AIRTEL broadband connection in the mid of jun and AIRTEL send their executive in the same day I booked the service and took rs.2, 000 from me. Before giving the money I asked them if it will be possible to get the service in my room (area) and they convinced me by saying that "YES AND IT WILL BE DONE IN 3 WORKING DAYS". In the Third day they send their engineer and he came up with the conclusion that they don't have the port in my area so they left without getting me the connection. I called them and ask for the refund and they told me that they will refund the amount by ceque within 6-7 working days, since then they are telling me day after day but I have never received it. whenever I called them they come up with a new excuses.
