i want to disconnect my internet broadband connection. i tried to reach through customer care but i was asked to enter my landline number that i dont have..mine is broadband connection and not a fixedline one.so i wasnt provided with a landline phone.however, MY ACCOUNT no. is 15954989. with USER ID tblr0141914_kk.
hope, you do this for me at the earliest and i dont want to receive any unwanted outstanding charge later, as i learnt that airtel people keep calling, those who already requested for disconnection, to pay their outstanding charges.
i already paid my current bill.it would be much better if i get a call from airtel for any clearification.
