Delay in shifting and not being transparent

Dear Sir / mam,

08042112181 I have requested a shifting of this number on 02-Jan. But till date it has not been done. 15-Jan.

The problem is you ppl are not telling whether it is possible or not.

Means shall i wait? What will be the waiting time? Whether is possible or not?

If it is not pssble please let me know.

Please look into the matter.
