I HAD REQUESTED ONE OF MY FRIEND TO SUGGEST SOME INTERNET PLAN FOR MY HOUSE HOLD USAGE, HE SUGGESTED ME FOR AIRTEL... I REACHED TO SOME ADD AND GOT NUMBER OF A EXECUTIVE, WHO TOOK MY NUMBER N ADDRESS TO CONFIRM THE SERVICES N CONDITIONS, HE CAME WITH THE MODEM N CONNECTED IT ON THE SPOT, I CALLED TO THE CALLCENTER OF THE AIRTEL BROAD BAND N CONFIRMED ABOUT THE CONNECTION, THEY SAID THAT IT WAS A SHIFTING CONNECTION N HAS A DUE OF 2689RS ON THE SAME TIME I SAID THE EXECUTIVE TO TAKE BACK ALL THE THINGS AND HE TOOK IT BACK!!!

AFTER A WEEK I STARTED GETTING CALLS TO PAY THE BILL, AS I HAVE NOT EVEN GIVEN MY ADDRESS PROOF NOR ID PROOF.THEY STARTED COURUERING ME THE BILLS..AND EVEN SENDING SOME NOTICES!!! RECENTLY I GOT A CALL SAYING THAT HE IS CALLING FROM DEHLI MR.SANDEEP SINGH N HE SPOKE I A HARS MANNER ABOUT THE BILL!

HOW CAN A COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL WITHOUT HAVING MY ADRESS PROOF NOR ID PROOF SEND ME THE BILLS ON MY NAME!!!

PLEASE HELP ME IAM A STUDENT AND GOT MY EXAMS ON HEAD AND IAM NOT ABLE TO CONCENTRATE ON IT!!
