Getting new connection nightmare

There is something rotten in state of Sunil Bharti Mittal. Airtel could be now on way to become worst broadband service from best in this country just last year. I called almost a month back to get new broadband connection, service which is available in our area. They created as usual ticket and told me someone will contact me in three days and in another three days I will get my connection. One person from Prameela Enterprise did show up and promptly filled up the form, took the check for two thousand rupees with promise that connection will be available soon. A week later when no one showed up, I called up Airtel and they told me sorry someone that they have registered my complain and someone will show up soon. Another week passes by and I called Airtel customer service number and now I am told that they have misplaced my application and they get the contact person from Prameela Enterprise on phone who tells them that indeed he had filed application and they tell me on the phone they will indeed sort this out and send someone soon. Guess what another week passes and no one shows up, so I call up again and this time only thing the rep agrees that he will courier me the check back. They don't want any more new customers, it is end of Airtel broadband!
