Incorrect and Extra BIlling

I was asked to pay Rs 799 in advance for my Airtel Broadband connection was told that this would get adjusted in the next month bill. But, this was not done! When contacted the customer care, they were absolutely not co-operative. Moreover, I was told that the internet is absolutely free and I will not be levied any charges apart from the monthly rental but they have charges something called DSL charges which I am clueless about.

Airtel is looting people's money and is not giving any proper justification for the same. This is a dishonor to such a big organization which is playing around with people's money.
