To start with, I had called airtel customer service to apply for broadband connections, next day a executive arrives to check if it was feasible .he Confermes that it was on 11 /8 then it took him 5 days to come and collect the papers which happened after numrus calls .finally a person comes on 17th to collect the papers on 17/8 promising that the connection will be done in 3 days. After that i call all the sales guy and his boss for information on the same . this went on till 2/9 for them to tell us that the connections was not possible because all the slots in the connections were filled . till now we havent got our initial deposit back (13/9).

Problems - No decency to pick up the calls in Working hours. (ppl involved Sunil who atlest picked up calls some time but Prakesh his boss didnt pick any of our call till date .) only person who actually helped us was subramaini (who is technical guy), neither the sales guy nor there boss were either responsible or courtiers to pick our call or reply.

suggestion.

Please be aware of the this people for mental tourchers.

The franchise is near Jayadeva hospital.

Airtel officials

Kindly look into the matter as this will only degrade your brand.

Please help us get our money back
