Dear sir i had applied for airtel broadband connection on 4th aug. your executive has taken Rs 1000/- as booking amount and assure me that within 5 working days it will activate but till 20th aug my connection has not started, even when i talk to customer care they are giving me dates. one of the line man came to me and provided the land line number 07554002119. but now they are saying that they cant provide me connection.let me infom shall igo to consumer forum for providing me false commitment.
