I had switched over to a new plan 3 months back and airtel officials had come to my place for changing the plan. i had sent a request for cancellation of my previous plan 3months back at the airtel office, platinum plaza, bhopal and they had assured that my previous plan would get cancelled within some days but i am still receiving bills for my previous plan uptill now and another bill according to the current plan so i am getting 2 bills but i am using only one plan meanwhile i have been to the airtel office with this complaints 3 to 4 times but they keep telling me that my request have been sent and from next time i will get only one bill according to my new plan only. Now officials keep coming to my place and ask me to pay the bill for my previous plan which i am not using.
