I had shifted my residential premises and requested for connection to be relocated. Airtel did honour that in a few days time after receiving all documentations and Cash. I gave all the documents and cash for relocation of shifting, i have all the bills with me and instument modem. Then after one month a call came from customer care executive that he will be coming on that day for connection but no one exxecutive came i have to travel, so i also gave my bigbrothers number they also call on my brothers cell and told that they coming for connection but till no no response.i am irritated of all this false commitment.and my phone no is 9229277757.
