Airtel executives kept calling for about 3 weeks once I called for broadband queries. One fine day, a representative appeared and agreed to provide connection within 2 days. He got the forms signed, took money and necessary documents. A week has gone by, no connection was provided and money has also not been refunded back. Airtel should compensate for this unprofessionalism and inconvinience. otherwise, a formal complaint against airtel should be lodged asap.
