Issue regarding Payment/Refund

Hi,

Two month ago I applied for Airtel Broadband Connection so I paid Rs 1500 through Cheque. Now Due to no availability of connections in my area airtel rejected my application but deducted Rs 1500 from my account. Since I made the payment against new connection which I am not using or you never been provided, Its been 2 moths without refund, all they give just refrence numbers. Pls look into this.
