Epeated disconnection queries

I had requested for disconnection of my airtal broadband number 01724003124 at my chandigarh residence on 5.12. of which i was promised to get done by 12.12.2009. The modem and other instruments were collected from me on 7.12.2009 by one of airtel employees and given a valid slip, but i have been recieving repeated calls ever since asking same question as to why i have applied for disconnection from the following numbers atleast twice a day -

i am reallly disturbed with incomplaince on airtel's part, please stop this nonsense.
