Irritating behaviou

It is pitiable to say that an organization which is so proud of its services is found useless one and i am a newcomer to this organization today only i got the connection two youngmen came and finished the job of installing and went away the moment they went hardly after half an hour i was bursting into anger the way i am disturbed with regards to browsing i called the one who came for installation and gave me a small suggestion and it was less fruitful again the same problem then i called to customer care officer for more than ten times but in vain now i am mentally disturbed with this kind of humiliation so i hope before i take stern steps my installation charges of rs.500/- is paid as soon as possible and relieve me from ur decent decepting behaviour
