Not got the REFUND

Sir/ Madam

I Jagriti Prasad resident 203 Pocket B5 Sec7, Rohini, New Delhi, had filed the complaint on the internenet on 2 nov regarding not receiving the refund, compalint code - 1581c. I did received a call saying that

the cheque will be mailed to you and you will receive in Dec09. I think that Airtel Bharti is using some

sort of new mode to mail the cheque that is the reason after giving my address for so many time, i have not received the cheque till today. I made call to Airtel Customer Care number 0114444555 and asusual the person was not able to give any answer or even pull up any information regarding the same.

HANDSOFF TO AIRTEL BHARTI FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO REFUND Rs.850 FOR A BROADBAND CONNECTION WHICH WAS NOT EVEN INSTALLED IN MORE THAN 2 YRS.

I am still waiting for the cheque, to know in how many days i will get the refund so that i could be a historical example of customer service in india.
