Broadband connection Shifting

I have an airtel broadband connection (0120-4314129) which was connected at the address: 1987, Top Floor, Sec 37, Noida. I have moved to a new location (Address: A-52, Sec36, Noida) and requested for shifting of my connection on 23rd Dec (Shifting# 294952) Also I requested for the waiver of the shifting charges (ref# 113923807) and I was told that I will get the waiver of shifting charges which amounts to Rs. 300/-

But this connection has not been shifted till 31st Dec. I received a call from a representative from airtel named Atul (9871709320) and he told me that the connection cannot be shifted due to technical reasons. Since then I have been trying to follow-up with Airtel and nobody is taking the ownership.

Can somebody help me?
